So why do not you buy Costa del Sol Property
A simple question that I asked a colleague the other day what people want to buy title = "Costa del Sol property"> Properties in Costa del Sol and Marbella. A fairly simple question and I have great difficulty understanding. Of course, I mean those who are able to buy, not those who would like to buy but unfortunately are not able buying a property on the Costa del Sol.
If you look at the first factors hand another question one might ask what else could change to improve things for people to buy. Consider the reasons you should buy now.
- Euro / Sterling rate of exchange most favorable it has been for a very long time.
- Real Estate Prices have officially stopped falling on the Costa del Sol as claimed by sources official.
- Quality real estate prices are unlikely to fall further you can get one or two really sorry but it is really one or two.
- First price of the property location to start rising in 2011, perhaps before Mallorca.
- The best deals as a whole have been purchased is 2009, when almost all the properties in distress have been taken from the market.
- You can buy property unless you can build them now.
- The reality is if you buy now, you will not lose money if you buy really bad and it will not happen if you use Spanish Hot Properties.
So, given all above what keeps you from buying now? Could it be one of the following?
- The press and the economic data you say prices will drop further.
- You want the same value in the property that you missed.
- Do you think if you really want to find you a better offer.
Well, unfortunately, if your reason I respectfully think you're wrong. What people who spit on on the economic data and the fact that banks will liquidate stocks is that it brews its actions does. Only those who have a very limited budget who have the option to buy the stock bank or nothing that are potential buyers.
If you missed on a property sooner you get your head round and saw the market and the market in the future you will be better. The reality is that the longer you leave the more likely you will get less money for you.
Its time to enter the reality If you really want to buy in Spain in 2010 is the time to do it and if you do not why give us a call. If you think that by holding the further you will get a better price then I wish you luck.
