House and Land Bundaberg any Tips?

I have heard that Bundaberg in Queensland, Australia is going to be the next big thing in the real estate market… I have investment properties in a few different states, mostly in Queensland, but those are all around Brisbane, Gold Coast area. Does anyone have any recommendations as to where is good in Bundy at the moment? Either an existing house or a new house and land package. (I have already asked this but didn’t get a response. any help appreciated).

I am currently looking for my next investment property & have just returned from Bundy. They have a new land estate called Branyan Park, depending on your price range, they have house & land packages from $250,000! If you wanted to be a little closer to Noosa / Brisbane way then you may want to look at what’s available at Cooloola Sands.
