I am a licensed Michigan real estate agent. I have not been active recently. franchise is the best to be with?
I'm mainly interested in name recognition and associated costs of being a part of society. I'm in Michigan, I realize that I'll have to pay dues and MAR NAR, with local real estate boards and all the electronic lock boxes. I am looking for a office that pays for the signs and maps and maybe some op-advertising. I have been licensed since 1997 and I am very knowledgeable about real estate. I have been with both Coldwell Banker and Re / MAX. My father is an agent with Greenridge. I do not pay for themselves. Any experience of first hand or advice would be helpful. Thank you
